The Institute of Contemporary African World Studies (IEMAC) is recruiting Master's, PhD students and PhD students of African origin or African descent for a unique online training in Coafrwology.
Regarding the Training :
Coafrwology is an innovative discipline that explores the historical, cultural, social, and political dynamics specific to the African world and its contemporary diaspora. This training provides a multidisciplinary perspective, ideal for deepening knowledge in areas such as anthropology, paleontology, African studies and education.
Wanted Profiles :
Masters Students (All relevant Disciplines).
PhDs interested in African studies and their global interconnections.
African origin or African descent.
Models:
Duration: Short online training.
Language : French.
Program: Theoretical learning, case studies, exchanges with international experts.
Goals :
1. Enriching participants' knowledge on African contributions in various fields.
2. Develop critical and innovative approaches to research.
3. Promoting an African and Afro-descendant academic network.
